Lynni is passionate about supporting teachers to implement evidence-based practices to dramatically improve literacy outcomes. She has worked in public education for 22 years and has served as a classroom teacher, reading interventionist, literacy coach, and district-level specialist in major urban districts in Las Vegas, Boston, and Denver. Lynni’s recent work has focused on system-wide literary change at the district level, with a focus on adolescent literacy. She works relentlessly to build district and school structures and professional learning opportunities to ensure all striving readers get the support they need, and all teachers are equipped with the knowledge and skill to provide it.
